William Brice: A Selection of Painting and Drawing, 1947–1986 was mounted by the Museum of Contemporary Art at the Temporary Contemporary in Los Angeles, and was the first major retrospective of the artist’s work. The exhibition, curated by Julia Brown Turrell with Ann Goldstein as project director, included 49 paintings and 25 works on paper.
